Los verbos recíprocos se usan en español para hablar de acciones que puedes hacer de una persona a otra o, como lo dice la palabra, de forma recíproca.
This kind of verbs are used for actions that you do to someone and come back to you by the person. They work in a similar way to reflexive verbs, but in this case the action is shared between the participants of it. In the same way as the reflexive verbs, you may find verbs that are not reciprocal, but in order to emphasize the action you make them reciprocal. A good hint for learning these verbs is thinking of them as a mirror, you do the action and the other person does the same to you.
Ejemplos de verbos recíprocos:
1. Abrazarse: Se abrazaron en el aeropuerto
2. Despedirse: Nos despedimos en la estación de trenes
3. Besarse: Ellos se besaron apasionadamente
4. Pelearse: Juan y Carlos se pelearon el fin de semana
5. Mirar / mirarse: Nos miramos a los ojos
