Muchos estudiantes se encuentran con el problema de elegir si hablar español latinoamericano o español de España.
La verdad es que en el mundo hay más de 20 países en que el español es la lengua nativa y no importa de dónde seamos siempre nos vamos a entender, aunque no conozcamos todos los modismos de otro país.
En mi opinión personal todo depende de adónde quieras ir, por qué estás aprendiendo español y, lo más importante, qué acento y variaciones gramaticales se te hagan más fácil.
Cuando empecé a estudiar inglés como segunda lengua, también me encontré con este problema, y en un principio me decidí a aprender inglés con un acento más parecido al de Estados Unidos, ya que se me hacía más fácil y veía más series de televisión y películas de ese país. Después de muchos años, me vine a vivir a Escocia, ya llevo casi 4 años aquí y les puedo decir que una vez que aprenden a hablar un idioma y lo entienden pueden lograr entender cualquier acento y acomodarse a cualquier lugar.
Por eso, a la hora de escoger, elijan lo que les venga mejor y por sobre todas las cosas practiquen dentro y fuera del aula ELE y practiquen con cuanto hablante nativo encuentren. Recuerden que "la práctica hace al maestro"

A lot of students face the problem of choosing whether to speak Latinamerican Spanish or Spanish from Spain.
To tell you the truth, around the world there are over 20 countries in which Spanish is the native language and it does not matter where we are from we are always going to understand each other, even if we are not familiar with the slang of another country.
In my opinion everything depends on where you want to go, why you are learning Spanish and, the most important factor, what accent and grammatical variations are easier for you.
When I started learning English as a foreign language, I also had to face that problem, and in the beginning I decided to learn English with an accent more similar to the one from the USA, because it was a bit easier for me and I used to watch more American TV and movies. After many years, I came to live in Scotland, I have been almost 4 years here and I can tell you that once you learn to speak a language and understand it, you can manage to understand any accent and adapt to any place
That is why, when you have to choose, choose what is the best for you and practice a lot of Spanish inside and outside your Spanish class, and every time you meet a Spanish native speaker. Remember "the practice makes the master"
